Tour Guide Blog: “Chuck” Encounter

We often describe the lot as a living, breathing entity; this statement really is the truth. It’s amazing to see how the lot transforms from day to day and even sometimes, from hour to hour. Throughout the day production crews work to build, break down, and remodel areas of the studio for their individual needs. Not only do the surroundings change, but so do the people. There are new and exciting productions filming every day. Sometimes there are opportunities to watch filming of movies or television shows, or a chance to bump into cast like Zachary Levi of “Chuck.”
 One of the most memorable encounters with Mr. Levi was on the backlot after filming for Season 4 had wrapped. He was on the lot for post production but took the time to chat with my tour group, which included huge fans of “Chuck.” He spent 10 minutes getting to know them and thanking them for their support. It was a truly memorable experience for my guests and for me!
